These terms apply when you use this website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
What the site is for
The site describes the recruiting services of Affinity Search Partners. Nothing on it is an offer to provide services. Any engagement is governed by a written agreement signed by both parties, and if that agreement and anything on this site disagree, the agreement wins.
Our business emails
We may email professionals whose work relates to our services. Anyone who receives one can stop further messages by replying to it. Our privacy policy explains the details.
Examples marked as sample
Any board, chart, checklist or figure shown on this site, or in a sample it links to, is illustrative sample content. It is not a record of results for any client and does not promise any outcome.
How you may use the site
Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not disrupt it, try to reach parts of it or its systems without permission, probe or test it for weaknesses, or copy its content by automated means.
Ownership of content
The text, design, logo and other content of this site belong to Affinity Search Partners or to those who license it to us. You may view and print pages for your own business reference. Rights in work we do for a client are set by the written agreement for that work.
Other websites
The site links to the contact page on our main website, affinitysearchpartners.com, and it loads its typeface from the Google Fonts service. Those third parties operate under their own terms and policies, which we do not control.
No warranties
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Nothing on the site is professional, legal, financial or employment advice.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or opportunities, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim connected with the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Your indemnity
You agree to indemnify Affinity Search Partners against claims, losses and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that result from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be settled by binding arbitration in Williamson County, Tennessee, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where the law does not permit arbitration.
Other provisions
If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remainder still applies. Not enforcing a provision does not waive it. These terms and our privacy policy together are the whole agreement between you and us about the site. When we revise these terms, the effective date at the top changes.
